Cancellation Policy
This is to benefit all clients to help get the massage they need. Due to availability my hope is to maximize time for each client in need. If you have booked an appointment online, you have agreed to my cancellation policy and have a card connected to the policy only. If you book through me (via text or call) I will require payment form of a card held on file through my square business account. If you do not want your card connected to square you must agree to payment of other forms before your next appointment can be scheduled. It is your responsibility to come to your massage appointment on time. If you can not come to your appointment please let me know 24hours in advance. You can do this via email, text or call 910-386-3880. This give me time to fill your spot. If you cancel same day as your appointment you will be charged half of the massage fee. If you cancel an hour before your appointment time you will be subject to full payment of massage. If you are feeling sick or feverish please do not come in! Sickness and family emergency is excused from this policy. Please note that multiple cancellations with this excuse may result in a reassessment of the policy. Again, if you have canceled on the same day as your appointment you are required to pay the cancellation fee before your next appointment can be booked. If you do not show for your appointment you will be charged full price of massage. This policy will be set forth upon signing this document.
